Anne L. Bernstein

Consulting Pruducer, Musical Mondays Theater Lab, Inc.

Anne began working in theatre (acting, stage manager, props, etc.) in the 1960's at Perry Mansfield where she first met actor/director James Edmonson and actor/choreographer Bick Goss.

She is now a producer along with actress/producer Mary Ellen Ashley, partners in Ashbem Productions. Among the over 20 shows she's been involved with are: Producer, Amature Night at The Big Heart" (with San Jose Stage Company) directed by David Ogden Stiers; "Pirates of Penzance" (SouthStreet Seaport). Associated Producer: "Grace & Glorie. "Marlene." Other shows include: "As Bees in Honey Drown," "Oblivian Postponed," "June Moon," "A Delicate Balance" (London), "The Party" (LA), (Kate Burton's) "Hedda Gabler," Tea at Five," "My Old Lady," and Streakin'."

She is on the board of directors of The Acting Company, and Musical Monday Theater Lab, and The American Representative of The Peter Wolff Theatre Trust (London).

She is a consultant for several theater and production companies. A patron of many companies from the Oregon Shakespeare festival to Lincoln Center, Manhattan Theater Club, to the Donmar Warehouse and the National Theatre in London and more.

Her first film "A Tale of 2 Pizzas," has just completed shooting and she is now working on several new projects for stage, and film.
